Adding Parents to
Event Emails and Texting 

Subject: How to add parents Email/Text so they will get updates about events your team is participating.

USSSA has given the ability to add parents email address and/or a text message address to each of your players so that they may receive the same updates and notifications that you receive. Please follow the steps below to add parents info to your players profile.


  1. Log into
  2. Select your current team that you would like to edit.
  3. Choose Roster Adds/Updates hit submit and then you will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions. Select agree.
  4. Choose player in the blue box that you would like to edit and then click edit player button.
  5. Insert email or phone number into the text/email address. If inserting a phone for text, please look in the yellow box for the proper suffix to add behind the number based on the service provider.
  6. Hit submit and your email/text should be active and updated.
